MEAL PREPPING SHOPPING LIST

Here are the recipes that you will need to either:
a) prep and store so that they are READY TO EAT or
b) make at the time

The ‘at the time’ recipes are simple and usually only require one baking tray making them a quick and easy single-serve recipe. Use this guide to create your shopping list for the week!
