PAYMENT / to be made in advance with pass VALID FOR TWO MONTHS ONLY. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS

CARD / must be presented at each class, are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, NON TRANSFERABLE and will NOT be replaced if lost or stolen

CLIENT HOLIDAYS & ABSENCES  /  pass expiry WILL NOT BE EXTENDED

TRAINER HOLIDAYS & ABSENCES  /  pass expiry will be extended

NO FREEZES APPLY TO PASSES  /  except for extreme injury and strictly with a doctor's certificate will pass be frozen up to a maximum of one (1) week

LIABILITY  /  you accept that participating in exercise has a risk of causing injury and please discuss any health concerns prior to class
