Lemon Dukkah

INGREDIENTS

5 almonds
8 hazelnuts
1TBS sunflower seeds
A shake of paprika, cumin and turmeric
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest (or add to taste)
A shake of mixed herbs
1/4 tsp pepper
Optional: Nutritional Yeast

METHOD

Simply pulse all ingredients in a blender/food processor until roughly combined (do not over process as it will turn to flour consistency)

This is a fantastic alternative to adding salt! This adds flavour to otherwise plain dishes and gives you a small hit of healthy fats!
